As an agency for accessible communication, we have been active in the web and design sector for 25 years. Our expertise in accessible websites, inclusive advertising materials, and complex TYPO3 projects makes us the go-to partner for accessible and sustainable brand presentation.

Through passionately organized learning and exchange formats, initiatives, and events for children, youth, and the tech community, we are a recognized player and driver of the digital scene in the Nuremberg metropolitan region and beyond.

We run our agency in a collegial and self-organized manner, using a proprietary participatory operating system. Small, autonomous teams take responsibility for their areas of work and make decisions by consent. Transparency and co-determination are central principles, enabling all team members to actively shape the company. Conflicts are resolved collegially, and regular exchanges within circles ensure smooth collaboration across all areas.

We develop accessible websites, optimize digital and printed documents such as PDF forms, presentations, and reports, and advise on inclusive communication and administrative processes. We evaluate existing systems and digital applications for barriers and provide design consulting and practical solutions for their optimization. These services are equally available to public sector organizations and private companies, including support for meeting the requirements of the “Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz” (BFSG) in Germany.
